Tuesday, August 4, 2026 - The Barn Trivia Night - serve at bar - 6:30pm - 9 :
● 1 - 2 volunteers for admission
● 2 volunteers to bartend
● 2 volunteers for score keeping
Thursday, August 6, 2026 - Lake George Outdoor Movie Night – 7:30pm -8 pm : 3 volunteers - canteen
Friday, August 7, 2026 - Lakeshore Lakeshore Family Night Market - 5:30 - fireworks end :
● 2 volunteers to coordinate accessible parking
● 2 volunteers for snack canteen
● 1-2 volunteers for first aid
Saturday, August 8, 2026 - Harvey Memorial Community Centre
Early Bird Breakfast - 7:00 am - 9:30am : 8 volunteers for general serving/bussing tasks
Parade - 10am - helpers - 3-4 volunteers helping to organize floats and general tasks
General Fair Set Up - 8am - 3 volunteers - assist with any general set up needs
Parking : 9am - 6 volunteers to coordinate overall parking
Fair Gate Attendants – 9:30 am-1pm – 4 volunteers taking admission fees, stamping for entry Carnival Game Volunteers –1.5 hour shifts (times of 10:30 am and noon) 10 volunteers per shift to run games
Prize Table / Fish Pond – 10:30 am-1: 30 pm –3-4 volunteers to give prizes and help with Fish Pond
Hot Dog Canteen Volunteers – 10:30 am - 1:30 pm – 2 volunteers for serving hot dogs
Nachos - 10:30am - 1:30pm - 2 volunteers for serving nachos
Cotton Candy - 10:30am - 1:30pm - 2 volunteers for serving cotton candy
Sunday, August 9, 2026 Don Messer Barn Dance – 2-3 volunteers - ticket sales / snack sales
